Resources

We provide resources to assist the Agricultural community and our customers;  Resources are provided without restriction for use by anyone (open availability). 

Resources are provided in various formats; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF.  For customers who do not have this software and/or who are uncomfortable in utilizing the computer, we will mail you hard copies of everything needed to apply for a loan.  We want to make this easy for you. 

For Word and/or Excel downloads you must have Microsoft Word, and/or Microsoft Excel (not Microsoft Works) installed on your computer.  Without the proper program the downloaded file will not function. 

All of the Excel files are fully functional templates, and are virus free (although we strongly advise scanning all downloaded files). 

For Adobe PDF downloads you must have either Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe Reader as installed software.  Adobe Reader is available as a free download.

Adobe files are provided in two types, those that you can complete on your computer (Interactive), and those you will need to print out first then complete by hand (Static).

Open Availability:

Preliminary Application – click to download a PDF form for any who want to print out and fax or mail us information for preliminary approval as opposed to completion and electronic submission over the internet. 

Agricultural Financial Statement (Balance Sheet) – click on link to download an Excel template for preparing an agricultural financial statement acceptable to most AG lenders. 

Agricultural Financial Statement (Balance Sheet) – click on link to download a static Adobe PDF file you can print out and utilize the form to prepare an agriculture financial statement. 

Personal Financial Statement – click on link to download an Excel template that can be utilized for a personal (not farm or business) financial statement. 

Personal Financial Statement – click on link to download an interactive Adobe PDF file that follows the “SBA 413” financial statement format, this form can be utilized for most lenders requiring a personal (not farm or business) financial statement. 

FSA Enviro – click on link for a FREE nationally approved form that can be utilized for Farm Service Agency required F/O environmental survey.  Note: if the local Farm Loan Manager doesn’t accept the form as valid, contact us and we will forward national office approval.
